Access keys used throughout this site

To use access keys use Alt + accesskey on the PC, and Ctrl + accesskey on the Apple Mac. In Internet Explorer use the enter/return key to go to the linked page, in Firefox or Netscape 6+ this is not necessary. Access keys do not work in Netscape 4.7.
